Compact beer fermentation units

FUIC – the compact units with all equipment for the primary and secondary beer fermentation

FUIC (Fermentation Unit with Independent Cooling) – The compact units for the beer fermentation are special compact mobile fermentation device designed mainly for our modular breweries. But their mobility, universal use for all operations with fermenting beer, simple and quick start up, independence on the cooling systems make them suitable for use them in any breweries.

The units can be used like main beer fermentors, beer maturate tanks, beer final conditioning tanks and for any other purpose that is just needed.

The compact beer fermentation units include one or more pieces of cylindrically-conical fermentors, compact water cooler, control panel, temperature measure and control system and all other equipment that is needed to controlled fermentation and maturation of beer.

We produce and offer three types of the compact fermentation units :

FUIC-SLP compact beer fermentation units – FUIC units equipped with the simplified cylindrically-conical fermentors (non-insulated tanks cooled with water or glycol, adjustable pressure from 0.0bar up to 1.2bar).
FUIC-SHP compact beer fermentation units – FUIC units equipped with the simplified cylindrically-conical fermentors (non-insulated tanks cooled with water or glycol, adjustable pressure from 0.0bar up to 2.5bar).
FUIC-CHP compact beer fermentation units – FUIC units equipped with the professional cylindrically-conical fermentors (insulated tanks cooled with water or glycol, adjustable pressure from 0.0bar up to 3.0bar).
