Basic sets of industrial breweries with simple and practical industrial design of the brewhouse BREWORX TRITANK 2000 that are designed for efficient production of all known kinds beer. The brewhouse wort machine with production capacity up to 1180 liters of wort per batch. Fermentation tanks with useful volume 2000 or 4000 liters. The breweries allow the annualy production from 1500 up to 12000 hectoliters of beer according to volume and number of fermentors and beer types.

We offer BREWORX COMPACT 2000 breweries in two categories :

BREWORX COMPACT 2001 – Breweries equipped with the TRITANK 2000 wort brew machine and several fermentation tanks with useful volume 2000 liters.
BREWORX COMPACT 2002 – Breweries equipped with the TRITANK 2000 wort brew machine and several fermentation tanks with useful volume 4000 liters.

In every category exists several types of breweries that vary according to the type and number of fermentation vessels. We recommend choosing the right brewery type according to the intended volume of beer production and the number of beer types that the brewery operator wants to offer at the same time.
The production of wort from traditional ingrediences allows up to two batches of wort per day. This allows to use the fermentation tanks which are two times bigger than the volume of the brewhouse to reduce the purchase cost of the brewery and the operation cost of the beer production as well.

Brewhouse wort machine BREWORX TRITANK 2000

Fully equipped three-vessel wort brew machines for the production of wort from malt, water and hops. Tritank 2000 brewhouse wort machine is able to produce 2360 liters of wort per batch. According to number of wort batches produced per day and ingrediences the machine is able to produce :

2360 liters of wort per day – one batch during 12 hours – source raw materials are malt or malt extract, hops, drinking water and brewer’s yeast
4720 liters of wort per day – two batches during 24 hours – source raw materials are malt or malt extract, hops, drinking water and brewer’s yeast
7080 liters of wort per day – three batches during 24 hours – source raw materials are malt extract, hops, drinking water and brewer’s yeast

The machine for preparation of wort TRITANK has a practical industrial design which is typical for European small and medium-size breweries. All components that are necessary to production of wort are integrated to three universal tanks. Each tank ensures several functions. This type of the wort brew machine is able to produce from one to two batches of wort per day, if malt is used for the brewing, or up to three batches of wort per day, if malt extract is used instead malt. We produce the machine of stainless steel.

Squeezed malt is mixed with water an then is heated in the mashing tank on pre-defined temperatures in several steps according to selected program. Then the malt mash is filtered in the wort filtering vessel – used malt grains are separated from wort and removed out. The wort is boiled with the hops to produce the final product – wort.

After the brewing proces the wort is cooled down, aerated and fermented in fermentation and maturation tanks.
