We offer BREWORX OPPIDUM 2000 breweries in three categories :

BREWORX OPPIDUM 2004 – Breweries equipped with the OPPIDUM 2000 wort brew machine and several fermentation tanks with useful volume 8000 liters.
BREWORX OPPIDUM 2005 – Breweries equipped with the OPPIDUM 2000 wort brew machine and several fermentation tanks with useful volume 10000 liters.
BREWORX OPPIDUM 2006 – Breweries equipped with the OPPIDUM 2000 wort brew machine and several fermentation tanks with useful volume 12000 liters.

In every category exists several types of breweries that vary according to the type and number of fermentation vessels. We recommend choosing the right brewery type according to the intended volume of beer production and the number of beer types that the brewery operator wants to offer at the same time.
The production of wort from traditional ingrediences allows up to two batches of wort per day. This allows to use the fermentation tanks which are two times bigger than the volume of the brewhouse to reduce the purchase cost of the brewery and the operation cost of the beer production as well.

Brewhouse wort machine OPPIDUM 2000

Fully equipped six-vessel wort brew machines for the production of wort from malt, water and hops. Oppidum 2000 brewhouse wort machine is able to produce from 2360 liters up to 14160 of wort per day. According to number of wort batches produced per day and ingrediences the machine is able to produce .

2360 liters of wort per day – one batch during 12 hours
4720 liters of wort per day – two batches during 24 hours
7080 liters of wort per day – three batches during 24 hours
9440 liters of wort per day – four batches during 24 hours
11800 liters of wort per day – five batches during 24 hours
14160 liters of wort per day – six batches during 26 hours

OPPIDUM brewhouse wort machines are the main components of the BREWORX OPPIDUM professional industrial breweries. The compact machine for preparation of wort includes six special vessels to maximize of production capacity. Thanks to parallel production method this machine is able to produce from one to six batches of wort per day. We produce the machine of stainless steel.

Squeezed malt is mixed with water an then is heated in the mashing tank on pre-defined temperatures in several steps according to selected program. Then the malt mash is filtered in the wort filtering vessel – used malt grains are separated from wort and removed out. The wort is boiled with the hops to produce the final product – wort.

After the brewing proces the wort is cooled down, aerated and fermented in fermentation and maturation tanks.
