BREWMASTER breweries – the simple home craft brewery system
BREWMASTER microbreweries are the sets of equipment designed for semi-professional production of beer in volumes 50, 200, 500 or 1000 liters per batch. They are equipped with electric heating system that enables the production various types of beer usinf the infusion brewing method that is followed by beer fermentation and maturation in cylindrical or cylindrical-conical tanks, barrels or bottles.
The small wort brew machine for easy preparation of 55 liters beer wort in one batch using the infusion brewing method. Practical and easy to use, our new machine BREWMASTER BM-50 permits to prepare a good hand crafted beer, using fresh products any kind of recipe. The brewhouse is produced of stainless steel. Maximal malt quantity 13 kg.
The BREWMASTER BM-50 produces 55 liters of beer wort per one batch (to production of 50 liters of beer)
Description :
The Brewmaster brewery will turn also you into a master brewer. It was developed for both the starting and the already active hobby and home beer producers. Its compact size and simple operation make the Brewmaster ideal for home use.
The fully automated control system brews beer using both standard and individual recipes. Time and temperature are precisely maintained throughout all brewing phases. In contrast to the cumbersome equipment of many other hobby brewing devices, the Brewmaster does not require constant stirring. The patented malt pipe technology allows the gentle and effortless circulation of the wort. This way, nothing gets burned and there is no need for decanting during the brewing process.
Whether you prefer wheat beer, lager or ale: the Brewmaster allows you the brewing of all kinds of beers. You will certainly taste the difference in quality between your own beer and the all too often interchangeable, featureless beers made for the masses.
Be warned though: once you have acquired a taste for home-brewed beer you might once and for all turn your back on those commercial brews that all taste the same. In other words: once you got to know the Brewmaster, it’ll be hard for you to renounce this natural type of beer brewing that gets by without pasteurization and chemical additives.

Equipment for fermenting wort and its transformation to a final drink – beer
The wort (produced before in the Brewmaster brewhouse) is cooled down (see procedure below) and filled it into the fermentation tank. There beer fermentation and maturation is processing – the wort is transformed to the beer during several weeks. We need some stainless steel vessel with the fermentation lock for this and the special pressure vessel for maturation of beer.
Fermentation technology in the BREWMASTER breweries
In all BREWMASTER breweries we solve the beer fermentation and maturation technology using the semi-professional equipment, which is with its properties very close professional equipment that is usualy used in medium and big minibreweries. Wort fermentation and subsequent maturation takes place in cylindrical tanks with simplified design, which are equipped with cooling duplicators, presure release valve, sample cock , sanitation sprayball, fittings for discharging yeast and beer, inspection manhole (optionally also other equiment like level indicator, carbonation stone, temperature regulators etc.) These simplified cylindroconical tanks are not insulated, cooling duplicators are located only on its cylindrical part, which is completely sufficient for the production of beer in small volumes. Yet it is possible additionally insulate the simplified cylindrical-conical tanks sticking special insulating materials based on polyurethane or neoprene – this can reduce the energy consumption of fermentation and ripening process by up to 70%. There is possible to equip Nanobeer breweries with professional fermenting and maturing tanks CCT classic that meet the highest demands for efficient production of beer at the lowest possible operating costs.
Description of the brewing process using the BREWMASTER system
Description of the brewing process :
PROGRAMMING – Depending on the recipe, the BM-500 brewhouse is programmed with the appropriate brewing times. The brewing process starts by switching over to automatic brewing. The control system guides the user through the various steps and executes the four brewing phases automatical
MASHING – Depending on the recipe and method, water is poured in and heated up to 38 °C. Then the malt pipe with the sieve inserts is put in position. Malt is poured between the sieve inserts. The malt pipe is fixed with bracket and drawbar.
MASHING / BREWING – The pump switches on. Due to the resulting water / wort circulation, he starch is extracted from the malt. The four brewing phases
are executed as programmed, for example as follows:
Protein rest 55 °C, approximately 5 min
Maltoserast 63 °C, approximately 30 min
Saccrification rest 72 °C, approximately 20 min
Saccrification rest 78 °C, approximately 10 min
LAUTERING – At the end of the four phases an acoustic signal sounds. The subsequent lautering process is quickly executed by simply removing the malt pipe. In the case of the NB-200 this is done by means of the lifting device. Allow to drain a few minutes and remove – if necessary, pour water through the malt (sparge) to achieve a better yield.
BOILING HOPS – With the lid open, the wort is boiled for 80 minutes with hops being added several times. The evaporated water is to be replaced by adding
fresh brewing water. The original gravity can be finally adjusted by adding or leaving out water. The drawbar on the Nanobeer serves as a level meter. At the end of the boiling phase, an acoustic signal sounds again.
COOLING WORT – After boiling, the wort is cooled as soon as possible to the fermentation temperature by a special wort cooler directly inside the brewhouse.

FERMENTATION / MATURATION PROCESS
– Immediately after the boiling of the wort the temperature of the wort is brought to the level of the fermentation temperature by a wort cooler or by a double jacket; the wort is also mixed with yeast and fermented in a suitably large tank (accessory).
CONSUMING – After several weeks of storage in bottles or in a maturing barrel (accessory), the well cooled beer can be consumed.
The additional cooker for use with the BREWMASTER BM-500 brewhouse. Both devices BM-500 and BM-510 are necessary for production of two batches of beer wort per one day. It is available for mashing during the second brew. The BM-510 cooker is fully realized in Stain steel AISI 304.
Thermo sleeve is a recommended accessory for the BREWMASTER BM-200/500 brewhouse and BM-510 additional cooker. This is used asjacket for insulation to speed up heating and saving energy. The thermo sleeve is also very recommended for use when is requirement for more than one brew cycle per day.
Set of brewing tools for BREWMASTER and NANOBEER small breweries. This set includes :
Hydrometer and support plastic cylinder– The hydrometer is basic measurement tool for measuring original gravity of wort and beer – this is important for calculation of the percentage of alcohol in the beer, cider or wine. This set includes a noncalibrated hydrometer with temperature correction and support plastic cylinder.
Large malt shovel– for handy removing malt from the brewhouse after lautering process.
Cleaning set– set of tools for easy cleaning of the brewhouse, tanks and hoses.
Malt barrel– the plastic vessel for easy collecting of the milled malt under the malt mill
Wooden mash paddle– for handy occasional agitation of wort during the brewing process
