Description of wort brew machine BREWORX LITE ECO

The wort brew machine BREWORX LITE ECO enables the production of virtually all known types of beer by Czech and foreign recipes from wort concentrate or malt extract. It does not allow beer production from traditional ingredients. The wort brew machine is suited for the production of all types high-quality beer.

The wort brew machine (we call this equipment Brewhouse) is the main part of each brewery. It is a compact system whose primary function is the production of wort, using a boiling process and a wort cooling process. Hopped wort is an intermediate in beer production – it is a sugary fluid from water, malt and hop or from their extracts.
The next phase of the beer production cycle is the fermentation and the maturation of the wort. At the end of the fermentation process we get the resulting product – beer.

The wort brew machine BREWORX LITE-ECO consists of several parts:

1. Wort boiling tank – heated vessel for the boiling of wort with hops.
2. Whirl tank – tank equipped with a tangential inlet for centrifugal separation of solid parts from hopped wort
– Basic frame
– Pipe system with pumps
– Heating system for mixing and boiling of wort
– Wort cooler
– Wort aeration candle
– Electric system for measuring and manual or automatic control of the wort brewing process.

The hot water tank and a tank for cold water are optional external accessories of the brewing machine.

Volume of daily production brewhouse is up to 3 brews per 24 hours .

Progressive wort heating system

This system consists of the electric heating spirals, oil chamber and the pipe turbine without any rotable parts. This progressive heating system ensures very quick transfer oh heat to wort with minimal loses and quick circulation of wort inside the wort kettle. This speeds the wort brewing process and ensures production more batches of wort per day. Absention of rotable parts like stirrer minimizes the amount of system failures and increases the reliability of the entire system. This design of the brewhouse increases the efficiency of sanitation of containers and the heating system and reduces the amount of sanitizing solutions and water consumption during the cleaning process.

Easy separation of the hops from malt in the whirl tank

Its purpose is the separation of the hops from malt after the wort boiling process before cooling wort. The separation is ensured by quick rotation of wort inside the tank. Rotation of wort is caused with pumping wort from the wort boiling tank into the whirl tank through a tangentional inlet pipe. Hops cumulates in the axis of the tank and the wort is sucked out by the outlet pipe on the border of the tank directly to the plate heat exchanger where the wort is cooled down using ice water before the fermentation process.

Microbreweries BREWORX LITE-ECO are delivered with a volume of wort brew machines and capacity 3 HL, 6 HL and 10 HL. Total annual production of the microbrewery is then given by the brew schedule cycles, number and type of fermentation and maturation vessels, number and type of beer serving tanks, selected range of beer types and other parameters.
